**What you will do in this role**
As a Customer Support on our team, you will:
+ Provide solutions to clients' issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
+ Inform and promote insurance solutions for in-warranty and post-warranty products
+ Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
