The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support on our team, you will:

Provide solutions to clients' issues in order to deliver excellent customer experienceInform and promote insurance solutions for in-warranty and post-warranty productsManage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
