Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Advisor I to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers through email, voice, and live chat channels. As a member of a 24/7 operation, flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
+ Resolve customer concerns efficiently, accurately, and with empathy
+ Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
+ Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
+ Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes
+ Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a 24/7 customer support environment
+ Experienced in customer service inhouse or BPO is a plus
**Qualification:**
+ Diploma degree above
+ Must be fluent in Thai language (read, speak, write)
+ Welcoming both fresher and experienced to apply for the opening
