We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Advisor I to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers through email, voice, and live chat channels. As a member of a 24/7 operation, flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.Work Location: Chiang MaiResponsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Resolve customer concerns efficiently, accurately, and with empathy
Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and system changes
Meet individual and team performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a 24/7 customer support environment
Experienced in customer service inhouse or BPO is a plus
Qualification:Diploma degree above
Must be fluent in Thai language (read, speak, write)
