As a Customer Acquisition Manager (CAM) in the Customer Acquisition Center, you will lead and manage a team of Customer Acquisition Executives (CAEs) to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for scaling digital-first sales operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets through strategic leadership and operational excellence. Operating in a hyper-scalable environment, you will focus on developing talent, implementing best practices, and driving systematic approaches to accelerate customer cloud adoption across SMB segment.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAEs to achieve individual and collective revenue targets, providing ongoing performance management, skill development, and career growth opportunities
- Own team revenue accountability, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue commitments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize territory coverage, account segmentation, and resource allocation across customer segments to maximize market penetration and revenue opportunities
- Monitor team performance through data-driven insights, identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and scale successful methodologies across the organization
- Participate in hiring decisions and create an engaging work environment that attracts and retains top business development talent

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of business development or demand generation management experience leading high-performing business development teams in cloud, enterprise software, or technology business development.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding team pipeline targets and revenue quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing and coaching sales professionals
- Deep understanding of digital sales methodologies and business development performance analytics
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English/ Chinese
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools, programmatic customer acquisition, and digital-first sales approaches
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance optimization
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
