Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 06:00pm)Greeting customers and answering the phoneAssisting in basic accounting and bookkeeping proceduresAssist in the administration of the credit programPromote sales and asks questions to identify customer wants and needs in a family orientated and fun team environmentScheduled hours & days will be between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Day’s off rotates from week-to-week.Customer Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years administrative and bookkeeping or basic accounting experience requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAble to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude with high level of customer serviceBasic understanding of accounts payable and receivablesDress code: no visible tattoos or piercingsValid drivers' license and good driving recordApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
