Job Description

We are seeking a strong Administrative Coordinator to collaborate with our Customer Service team, ensuring that we maintain adequate product and shipping materials to meet the demands of our customers. The ideal candidate will work closely with Customer Service to review orders from our retail business partners, such as Amazon, Dollar General, and Home Depot, ensuring that product demand is consistently met. This role involves creating and generating daily reports in MS Excel and coordinating with the VP of Sales for necessary reporting.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and manage the volume of product ordered by customers to ensure demand fulfillment for retail clients.Input and process incoming customer orders daily.Create and generate daily reports using MS Excel.Maintain communication with production, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure timely preparation and shipment.Handle customer inquiries and concerns as needed.Document and update customer records based on interactions.Essential SkillsProficiency in customer service and order entry within a manufacturing or distribution company.Experience in order fulfillment, planning, and reporting.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.Manufacturing experienceAdditional Skills & Qualifications3-4+ years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing or distribution company.High School Degree or Equivalent.Work Environment

This role operates within a manufacturing environment, supporting a customer service team of approximately 6-8 people. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from either 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
