This role ensures smooth day-to-day order operations while fostering strong, long-term customer relationships. The CAP acts as both a customer advocate and a representative of internal products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while aligning with company capabilities. + Manage the end-to-end customer experience, including order management and resolution of service issues. + Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. + Make informed decisions that support both customer satisfaction and financial objectives. + Operate within established standards of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Customer Service: Minimum 3 years of experience managing a dedicated customer portfolio. + B2B Experience: At least 3 years in B2B service management, with proven success in relationship-building. + Industry Knowledge: Experience in distribution or the chemical industry is a plus. + Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with SAP and Salesforce is advantageous. + Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. **_Note:_** _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
