JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Account Manager (CAM) will support the Business Operations Team to forge lasting relationships and create meaningful experiences for our aircraft customers. The CAM will be responsible for supporting the Textron Aviation Sales team, managing new aircraft agreements and delivering aircraft to customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Administration and execution of domestic and international contracts from order placement through delivery
II. Serve as primary interface between Customers various functions within the company and applicable regulatory support departments/agencies required to bring the contract to a successful conclusion with customer satisfaction
III. Assist with delivery activities, transport customers support special requests and facility tours
IV. Represents the Company as the customer’s primary focal point from initiation of purchase agreement until completion and delivery of aircraft.
V. Applies Contract Administration principles, theories and concepts as well as provides sales support, avionics and interior capabilities. Has basic knowledge in at least one discipline and demonstrates the aptitude and willingness to expand learning and skill-base to a wide variety of job skills and personal competencies including those necessary for succeeding in the team-based environment.
VI. Evaluates all purchase agreements relative to Textron Aviation’s financial exposure.
VII. Assists Sales Department in the preparation of proposals requiring quotations for cost, schedule, weight, certification, etc. in response to requests by prospective customers. Possesses product knowledge and an understanding of Textron Aviation’s capabilities and applicable regulations.
VIII. Processes final specifications / aircraft orders to Manufacturing via SAP in strict compliance with production schedules to ensure constant production flow. Evaluates and determines the most cost effective and efficient approach for fulfilling customer’s requests and then authorizes the Company to accomplish the approved task.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 2 years relative experience required.QUALIFICATONS:
