Customer Account Manager Details:

Direct Hire position$60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftLooking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Lead to streamline sales processes and support our outbound sales team.This role focuses on managing CRM data, assisting with quotes and renewals, and ensuring smooth invoicing and purchase order processes.Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to improve efficiency and support revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B/SaaS environment.Lead & Appointment Management: Track and manage leads from outbound marketing efforts.CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and activities in the CRM system.Quoting & Renewals: Prepare quotes for new sales and manage annual maintenance renewals to drive retention.Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Oversee purchase order processing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Sales Forecasting: Assist with forecasting and reporting on sales activities.Documentation: Keep meticulous records of sales transactions, agreements, and renewals.

Customer Account Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B/SaaS environment is preferred.Multi-lingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus but not required.Proficiency in a CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, etc.).Strong MS Excel skills.Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and financial tracking systems.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
