Customer Account Associate with Spanish (f/m/d)

Siemens Financial Services GmbH will establish a Shared Service Center (SSC) in Warsaw. The Customer Account Associate with Spanish supports the financial operations of our European business units by ensuring accurate processing of customer payments and refunds. Based in our Shared Services Center this role involves daily interaction with international teams and requires a service-oriented mindset.
You'll create impact by: Allocating incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices across European marketsInvestigating and resolving unallocated cash by liaising with customers and business partners in different countriesProcessing customer refunds in accordance with company and local regulatory requirementsRecording all incoming payments accurately and resolving discrepanciesPreparing and executing domestic and international bank transfers in multiple currenciesSupporting the preparation of bank account top-ups and payment list submissionsSubmitting payment lists for approval and ensuring timely execution via electronic banking platformsAssisting in resolving rejected transfers and verifying payment statusesProviding transfer confirmations to internal and external stakeholdersSupporting communication with European banks regarding payment issues Your success is grounded in: 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an SSC or international environmentGood communication skills in English and SpanishFamiliarity with European banking systems and financial softwareKnowledge of Swedish or Norwegian will be a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment We’ve got quite a lot to offer: Hybrid working model from our Warsaw office We offer you engaging and skill-appropriate tasks, and when you face a challenge, you can count on our support and assistance You will work in a team of enthusiastic professionals at an innovative company that supports high-impact societal and planetary projects, including those related to energy transformation and decarbonization We care about a good work atmosphere and partnership relations within the team and company: our organizational culture is based on mutual trust and respect Medical care, Life insurance, Multisport Employee Assistance Program: free, 24/7 counseling for employees and their families including psychotherapy, coaching, legal and financial consultations, webinars, training, and much more PPE Pension Program: Siemens covers your contributions 100%!
