Custody Operations Manager
**Responsibilities:** + This role will be mainly responsible for managing asset servicing related corporate actions processes; these processes are mainly reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events, executing client instructions, reporting and ensuring controls + Additional activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events + Delegates and supervises straightforward tasks under his/her responsibility + Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in-depth knowledge of custody operations team objectives + Identifies any opportunity for implementation process improvements, and service or technology enhancements.
