The General Cleaner performs cleaning services at the customer site in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.
Key Job Functions
Daily cleaning of all facility suites to include but not limited to private restrooms, conference rooms, pulling trash, vacuuming, and dusting of all officesWater Fountains - Clean top, sides and bottom and dust the air vents Glass Doors - Wipe and clean all glass doors (remove all fingerprints and marks) Vending Areas /kitchens - pantries – Clean counter tops, tables, wipe vending machines, sweep and remove all debris and trash; Use of a Rubbermaid mop to remove all spillage. Placing wet floor signs when neededPerform other job related duties as assignedQualificationsSome custodial experience preferredAbility to work independently or as a team memberAbility to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructionMust be able to lift at least 25 poundsAdditional Information
