We’re looking for a Custodial Trainer to help onboard and support our 2nd shift cleaning teams in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards. What You’ll Do: + Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures. + Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed. + Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment. + Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.
