As a Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and providing insights to improve our customer interactions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving our business forward. In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by being the voice of the customer within the organization. Your ability to understand and address customer concerns will be critical in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our processes and products, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of Honeywell. Key Responsibilities + Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses + Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and ensure a high level of service + Provide product and service information to customers + Maintain accurate customer records and documentation + Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer experience YOU MUST HAVE + •Experience in customer support or a related role. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Experience in providing exceptional customer support. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances. + Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
