As a Fashion Curator, your primary responsibility will be to curate and manage the assortment of fashion products/ styles available on the platform. You will work closely with the merchandising, marketing, creative and business teams to ensure that our product stories align with the brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.
Key job responsibilities
Curation & Selection Experience:
1. Selecting and curating a diverse range of fashion items, including clothing, accessories, and footwear, to feature on the App & Website.
2. Creating appealing product collections and stories for an enhanced shopping experience.
3. Collaborating with the business and marketing teams to create engaging content to highlight curated items and tell compelling stories.
4. Analyzing performance data for curations to make data-driven decisions regarding curation strategies.
5. Ensuring product quality, accuracy, and consistency across the app/website by conducting regular quality checks and audits.
6. Conduct thorough and regular competition benchmarking analyses to understand the product assortment, curation & content topics, and customer engagement techniques employed by key competitors within the e-commerce fashion space.
Trends Forecasting:
1. Identify key fashion trends through online & offline research
2. Create Repository of all fashion reports through the research
3. Highlight gaps in the assortment from a core and trend perspective
Catalog:
1. Identify cataloging and curation errors and highlight the same
2. Be able to work with teams to get data errors corrected
3. Identify available trends in existing catalog to help create the repository of trends in fashion
4. Manage the hygiene of catalog attributes
