CUMBERLAND bloom LEADER Passion City Church OBJECTIVE To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. Works closely with the Passion Kids + bloom Director to help create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, belief, worship and truth for the families at Passion City Church. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Lead bloom eam + Oversee bloom budgets and expenses + Assist broader Atlanta Passion Kids and bloom teams in any and all ways to accomplish the vision of the House + Create trusted relationships with parents and families + Participate in all city-wide bloom leader meetings + Oversee and assist with Sunday “point” duties for both the bloom/Passion Kids host team as well as inside bloom + Oversee communication and onboarding of Door Holders for bloom/Passion Kids host team + Oversee communication and onboarding of bloom Door Holders + Oversee weekly flipping of rooms for Sunday, including but not limited to washing and replacing linens, sanitizing toys + Oversee Sunday prep for bloom curriculum rooms + Lead bloom Door Holder team nights and up to date trainings + Assist with the shepherding of bloom Door Holders + Support and participate in Cumberland team initiatives This job description in no way states or implies that the ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are the only responsibilities of this position.
