Meadowview of Clive is hiring a Culinary Supervisor who want to work in a new, state of the art kitchen. As a Culinary Supervisor at Meadowview of Clive, you will be preparing meals to order, exploring recipes, and providing top-notch communication and service to residents and guests at our senior assisted living community while managing staff. No Late Nights!

Position Type: Part-Time

Wage Range: $20 - $23 /hour depending on experience

Shifts Available: Weekends

Location: 3300 Berkshire Parkway, Clive, IA 50325

Culinary Supervisor Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.Supervise weekend staffObserve and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.Perform additional tasks as required. Culinary Supervisor Qualifications:1 year of prior supervising experience required.1 - 2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen required.A passion for cooking.Ability to speak and read English.Basic math skills.Ability to work independently and follow instruction.
