We are seeking a Full-Time experienced leader with flexible availability. Must be available weekends/holidays.
**What are you responsible for?**
The Restaurant Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the hotel's restaurant outlets and the basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel.
The supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef.

+ Basic cost control understanding
+ Leadership and computer skills
+ Requires good communication skills.
+ 2 years of previous experience culinary experiencer required.
+ Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
+ Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
+ Aim to be productive, professional and effective at all times
+ Must be able and willing to train/work on any cooking line /department
+ Successfully supporting multiple stations on hot cooking lines and departments with the culinary department.
+ Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
+ Maintain a high level of responsibility, attention to detail and pride in work
+ Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
+ Must be able to stand for entire shift
