The **Garde Manger Culinary Lead Cook** is a key member of the culinary team, specializing in the preparation and presentation of cold foods. This position is responsible for overseeing the garde manger operation in the Chef’s absence, ensuring the consistent execution of high-quality composed salads, canapés, fruit and vegetable displays, and other cold items. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, leadership experience, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume banquet environment.
