We’re seeking an organized, detail-driven Culinary Operations Coordinator to support our culinary leadership and keep kitchen operations running smoothly. This role focuses on scheduling, ordering, compliance, and cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Manage culinary schedules, staffing coverage, and time-off requests
Organize and standardize kitchen procedures, workflows, and documentation
Oversee food, smallwares, and supply ordering; manage inventory and vendor communication
Maintain records for ordering, invoices, costs, and Birchstreet optimization
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, and required training
Act as the administrative liaison between culinary and other departments
Support onboarding, reporting, and continuous process improvement
Qualifications:Experience in culinary administration, hospitality operations, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service workflows
Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering systems, and basic budgeting
Excellent communication skills
