ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and guest-focused Culinary Administrator who will manage administrative duties, scheduling, procurement support, and internal communication for the culinary team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance with Hilton standards, and contributing to a seamless and memorable guest dining experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the Cluster Executive Chef and culinary leadership team.Manage kitchen offices, including tools, resources, and par stock levels.Maintain and monitor staff schedules, holidays, and absences using ADP.Track daily attendance and missed punches in ADP.Support procurement activities, including Birchstreet purchasing program in the absence of Executive Sous Chef.Administer monthly hotel recognition programs.Ensure completion of mandatory training programs, including Health & Safety and Hilton-specific programs.Communicate menu changes to Sales & Marketing for the website.Assist with monthly P&L critique preparation and menu engineering reports.Collect and oversee weekly training calendars and Events BEO distribution.Maintain the Cluster Executive Chef’s agenda and meetings.Ensure professional, courteous, and confidential conduct at all times.Attend departmental and hotel meetings and trainings.Flexibly adjust working hours according to operational needs.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Administrative Diploma or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in culinary or hospitality administration.Strong communication skills in English and Turkish; additional languages preferred.Highly motivated, organized, and a team player.Computer literate, with understanding of business and financial terms.Guest-oriented and professional demeanor.Knowledge of Hilton systems and F&D operations is advantageous.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
