A Culinary Administrator will be responsible to provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support and coordination. Effectively cascade down general or culinary related information to the team members to ensure smooth operation of the department. Culinary Administrator assists Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in order to look after the over all Kitchen and Stewarding operational needs.

\nWhat will I be doing?
As a Culinary Administrator, you will provide excellent administrative support to the department and other managers, as assigned. Specifically, a Culinary Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tHandle all calls and appointments, courteously and promptly\n\tProvide accurate management of all documentation and maintain a systematic filing system\n\tAssist with the coordination of special projects, including scheduling and follow-up\n\tAssist with team members concerns, i.e., vacation leave, accommodation, etc.\n\tTo provide support to managers and team members to ensure their administrative requirements are met.\n\tTo cooridanate in every department relative to the daily or specific tasks.\n\tTo be able to create administrative procedures/processes by developing forms, processes, suggesting solutions, etc.\n\tTo ensure that monthly reports are submitted on time, i.e., attendance, inventory, etc.\n\tTo assist with recruitment process, monitoring status and on-boarding updates of a new team member, and comply required documentations.\n\tTo handle purchases and equipment ordering through CheckSCM in accordance to hotel’s policies and procedure.\n\tTo organize or attend meetings as required and record minutes at all times.\n\tTo handle projects and organize the necessary.\n\tTo ensure that general or culinary related information are cascaded down to all team members accordingly.\n\tTo ensure that guests’ culinary related email inquiries are attended immediately.\n\tTo support Executive Chef to prepare, assemble and distribute various reports and documents.\nWhat are we looking for?
