Our Intermediate Line Cooks (Cook 2), require good communication and culinary skills. The desired culinary candidate will have hotel cooking experience, and a culinary degree is valued. Our Intermediate Line Cook 2 should have professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and will require training and supervision.
