The central tech support project lead position will be responsible for executing on new product introduction, new diagnostics way of working rollout, and technical related projects which by co-working with VHN central teams
 

Job Description

Manage project planning, execution, risk management and realize change, including reporting and closing.Responsible for the (project) management for New Product IntroductionLead site readiness preparation of NPI systems for local CS with central teamLead regional diagnostics program volume adoptionIdentify potentials for new improvements and contribute to the improvement of the whole operations value chain by participating in or facilitating problem solving sessionsManage internal and external stakeholdersManage and switch various projects at the same time

Ability to motivate, drive and influence others at all levels of the organization.Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, flexible and highly stress-resistant.Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML.Multitasker with the ability to work in different and difficult working environment.Good documentation skills. (MS PowerPoint, Excel, etc)Knowledge of project management methodologyGood in planning and prioritizingExcellent communication skills towards different levels.Good English language skills both verbal and written.Can learn and apply new information or skills.
 

Experience / Education:

Bachelor degree or aboveAt least 3-6 years’ relevant work experience in ASML, or in a complex and challenging high-tech environment, preferably with substantial customer interactionAt least 2-3 years with some supervisory or project coordination experience is preferred
