What you'll do
Premium Assistant Coach Responsibilities:
Provides expert consultation to SAP Concur admins, promoting self-sufficiency, product optimization, and customer loyalty. Work closely as the functional and technical subject matter expert. Coach will be made consistently available to assist with customer requests as needed. Offer consultative guidance to help customers make informed decisions and maintain project scope and timelines. Be Innovative and Assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels. Perform configuration changes as requested by the customer. Perform configuration changes, facilitate data imports/exports, and support troubleshooting with SAP Concur technical resources. Stay organized, fulfill administrative responsibilities, and maintain customer success plans. Communicate effectively across channels like calls, emails, chat, screen sharing, etc. and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. Deliver difficult messages tactfully and collaborate with Customer Development/management when needed. Act as an escalation point and collaborate internally and discuss possible resolutions to customer’s challenges in a timely manner. Contribute to SAP Concur’s methodology by creating and updating project documents and processes. This position requires working hours & days aligned to support North America based clients.
What you bring
Degree: A college degree with an emphasis on Accounting or Information Systems is advantageous.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience configuring SAP Concur product is preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in project management, consulting, and/or software configuration. At least 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience.
Skills:
Technically adept with strong problem-solving and consulting skills across multiple systems Excellent communicator with presentations and training experience. Self-driven learner who utilizes resources efficiently. Skilled at managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in fast-paced environments. Adaptable team player, comfortable working with diverse teams.
