CTCM Senior Design Manager Financial Model (6 months secondment / fixed term)

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid Model: 3 days per week from the office

We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Manager for a 6-month contract role within our finance system design team. This position is focused on generating, refining, and documenting design deliverables that will support testing, training, and change workstreams as the project enters its busiest period.

As part of a dynamic, global finance project team, your primary focus will be on supporting the Clinical Trials Cost Management project team in designing a new system, processes and cost model for R&D cost management and reporting.

You will report directly to the Design Financial Model Lead responsible for the Design Financial Modelling workstream and you will work together with the other design workstreams, project workstreams, finance and R&D business.

Accountabilities:

Your main accountabilities will include:

Design

Validate reporting solutions built by development teams, assess usability and adherence to requirementsRaise change requests as required. Provide input into impact assessments from design perspectiveSupport with any necessary design activities that require support, be flexible with supporting the team as a whole

Training

Support training documentation creation and reviewSupport training delivery

Testing

Support UAT scripts writing in partnership with other design teams

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential

Experience with implementation of new financial systems in large global projectsExperience of Power BI design or developmentData model and landscape designPower query and power pivotExperience with financial modelling

Desirable

Experience with large global finance transformation projectsSystems experience, including ACCORD, PLANIT, VCV, Hyperion and BlacklineSQLAccounting rulesUnderstanding of SOX and internal controls
