CT/Xray Tech - Radiology Resource Pool - All Shifts Available
Tiered Model Overview ProMedica is implementing a new tiered-model structure for full-time radiology professionals. The new resource pool model provides ProMedica’s radiology professionals more flexible work options, encourages staff development, enhances patient care, and addresses unfulfilled staffing needs within the hospitals. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT/X-Ray Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures under the direction of a radiologist. This role involves conducting CT scans and general radiography, administering contrast agents, and supporting physicians during diagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in patient care across all age groups, maintain equipment safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment. Facility Coverage & Tiered Pay Structure We offer a flexible tier-based compensation model based on facility coverage: Tier 1 – $5 Above Base Pay Coverage includes any two of the following facilities: Bay Park Flower Hickman Monroe Memorial Fostoria Tier 2 – $10 Above Base Pay Coverage includes Toledo Hospital plus one of the following: Bay Park Flower Hickman Monroe Memorial Fostoria Tier 3 – $15 Above Base Pay Coverage includes all participating hospitals listed above. Tier 4 – $20 Above Base Pay Full coverage across all participating hospitals.
