Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.
Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.
To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.
Job Requirements
Education and Licensure:
Associate’s Degree (preferred)Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – ARRT (R) at time of hire, then maintain as current (required)Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – ARRT (CT) within 9 months of hire/transfer, then maintain as current (required)Certified by the state of Texas – MRT within 9 months of hire/transfer (required)CPR/BLS certification (required)Experience:
