What You'll Do Your Role & ImpactAs a CT Technologist, you’ll be a key member of our imaging team, using your skills and expertise to deliver accurate, high-quality CT scans that support diagnosis and treatment planning. You will: + Prepare Patients for Imaging: Explain procedures, ensure safety and comfort, and position patients appropriately for high-quality results. + Operate CT Equipment: Capture detailed diagnostic images using advanced scanning technology. What We're Looking For What You Need to Succeed Education: + High School Diploma or GED – Required + Associate Degree – Preferred + Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program – Required Experience:• 1 year of CT experience – Preferred Certification & Licensure: + Certified & registered by ARRT in Radiography (RT(R)) or Nuclear Medicine (RT(N)) or CNMT – Required at time of hire + CT Certification by ARRT or NMTCB within 6 months of hire – Required + IV Credentialing – Required + Applicable State License – Required Skills & Competencies: + Strong technical and analytical skills + Ability to adapt procedures based on patient age and needs + Excellent communication and teamwork + Commitment to safety, quality, and patient experience Why Choose Novant Health?
