What We Offer $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Novant Health is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team. This role works directly with radiologists and staff to prepare patients and operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans. Responsibilities + Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the process clearly + Safely and effectively operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images + Adapt procedures to meet the age-specific needs of patients + Maintain accurate patient records and documentation + Collaborate with radiologists and team members to ensure exceptional care + Support a safe, patient-centered environment in line with “First Do No Harm” principles Education + Required: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology + Preferred: Associate Degree + Inpatient requirement: Graduate of a JCERT-accredited school of Radiology and/or military health system program + Certification Path: + If not CT-registered, must complete ARRT post-primary certification in CT within 12 months of hire (18 months for incumbents in CT Tech roles) Experience + Preferred: One year of experience in CT scanning Licensure/Certification + Required: ARRT, CT Registry (if outpatient – IDTF or HOPD) + Preferred: CT Registry (if inpatient) Additional Skills + Strong analytical ability and basic computer skills + Effective communication and teamwork skills + Ability to adapt procedures to meet patient-specific needs + Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and delivering the most remarkable patient experience At Novant Health, we value diversity and inclusion as essential to our mission.
