As a Multi Modality Tech you will provide quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments. Performs high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Multi Modality Techs follow standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of practice for the unit.
This will be a multi-modality role assisting in X-Ray & CT.
Job Requirements

1 year imaging experience requiredHigh School Diploma requiredRegistered Technologist, RadiologyAny of the following: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) ; R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)BLS through American Heart Association is requiredCT & X-Ray needed for this rolePhysical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
Schedule varies, including weekends and occasional nights.

At Mercy Hospital, our busy Imaging department offers big city volumes, with a small-town feel. As a Level III trauma hospital in a scenic Colorado town, known for outdoor recreation, we specialize in a variety of patients and have been recognized for our outstanding patient experience and safety. Across all modalities, we currently have over 60 employees, and we proudly complete about 105,000 exams per year. These different modalities include Xray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, PET, Ultrasound, ECHO, Mammography and Interventional Radiology.
