Your role:
Provide operational support to the Market Technical Support Specialists (TSS) as part of the Business Unit (BU) Helpdesk to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Assess customer problems and accept formal escalation action requests, working with BU resources to drive issues to resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis at the conclusion of escalations and initiate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
Provide technical support to the Complaint Handling Unit (CHU) and participate in the Complaint Review Board to ensure high-quality complaint feedback.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including Field Factory Installations (FFI), First Of a Kind (FOK) deployments, and Field Monitoring Activities (FMT).
Proactively monitor High Activity Sites (HAS), Technical Performance Reports (TPR), and parts usage to anticipate issues and optimize service delivery.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives aimed at achieving business performance targets.
Collaborate with the Modality Performance Manager and markets to develop and deliver knowledge sharing initiatives, building skills and expertise among TSS and Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
Operate in a hybrid working environment, with international travel up to 20%, offering opportunities for global exposure, technical growth, and cross-functional collaboration.
You're the right fit if:
You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with complex systems, ideally in a technical service role related to CT or similar imaging technologies.
You bring strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience with IT networking, electronics, and mechanical systems.
You have completed a technical education in mechanical and/or electrical engineering, at least at vocational or associate degree level (e.g., MBO+ in the Netherlands).
You have experience working in hospital environments and feel comfortable operating in customer-facing settings.
You are flexible as you will travel around 20%-30% Globally
