The CSSP Senior Program Manager will lead and oversee complex Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity programs, ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals, client objectives, and DoD/CSSP mission priorities. This role requires deep expertise in program management methodologies, cybersecurity operations, and IT service delivery. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive high-impact programs on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT and cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, DoD/CSSP mission requirements, and client expectations. Develop, manage, and oversee program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics in collaboration with Financial Analysts and Quality Assurance teams. Ensure programs comply with federal cybersecurity standards, NIST frameworks, and other relevant IT governance policies. Monitor and report on program effectiveness, risk mitigation, and operational performance using data-driven insights. Coordinate with CSSP mission teams to ensure program deliverables integrate seamlessly with operational cybersecurity efforts. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to program teams, promoting efficiency, compliance, and professional growth. Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience leading IT or cybersecurity programs; 10+ years of experience preferred for senior-level oversight. Strong knowledge of IT, cybersecurity principles, and compliance frameworks relevant to DoD/CSSP operations. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and leading diverse teams. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire. Skills & Competencies: Program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Budgeting, scheduling, and quality management for large-scale programs. Risk management, mitigation, and problem-solving strategies. Data-driven performance reporting and program analytics. Collaboration and stakeholder management across multiple levels of the organization. Knowledge of DoD/CSSP operations, cybersecurity mission requirements, and IT governance frameworks.
