CSR/order Entry Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Nashville, TN Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional service for existing clients while supporting new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate assistance. - Process client change orders and update account information as requested. - Generate and verify work orders for upcoming and previous days. - Provide sales quotes and assist with new client setup for phone and web sales. - Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests or confirm details. - Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage 20–50 calls daily. - Perform accurate order entry and maintain sensitive information with confidentiality. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills (phone and email) with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with customers. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Experience in customer service or inside sales preferred. - Proficiency with order processing and account management systems. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
