Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and CSR action plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct CSR impact assessments, audits, and reporting to measure social and environmental outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, labor standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices into CSR initiatives.
- Manage sustainability-related certifications, such as B Corp or ISO 14001, and ethical sourcing practices within the supply chain.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to set clear CSR objectives and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Develop and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) to communicate the company's impact effectively.
- Plan and execute projects that enhance the company's social and environmental performance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to amplify CSR efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, CSR frameworks, and related best practices.
- Experience in managing certifications and conducting audits.
- Analytical skills to measure and evaluate the social and environmental impact of business activities.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a progressive approach to engaging stakeholders.
- Reputation for being collaborative, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.
