CSR – 2nd Shift             Location: Bethlehem, PA Schedule: Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Full-Time | On-Site

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily logistics operations in both the receiving and shipping departments. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with current and prospective customers. Read, understand, and apply written documents such as work instructions, job aids, and forms. Perform duties in both the receiving and shipping departments as required to meet business demands. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Organize daily workflow to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Compile and maintain required documentation, records, and forms accurately. Work efficiently on multiple tasks under pressure. Communicate and collaborate across departments to gather necessary information and authorizations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety requirements and promote a safe workplace. Commit to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement practices. Attend and complete all required training and certifications. Support business operations with consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime/weekends when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or a related logistics field. Required: Basic computer proficiency. Ability to process materials using ERP (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail—must be able to read small product identifiers. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical & Work Requirements:

Ability to move freely around the facility. Tolerance for fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Willingness to use basic cleaning supplies to maintain a tidy work area.
