KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shopper Marketing plans: Brigning BU strategy into action. Adapting Category Growth Strategy from Channel to CUSTOMER level. Adapting Category trade story to Customer needs. Full responsibility of Annual Customer/Channel visibility & activation calendar.D4C Customer Management: Portfolio management on Customer & Category level; Coordinating Portfolio optimization with CATMAN. Connecting promo plan with activation calendar.Visibility: Planning Visibility & Secondary placements activations according to Annual Customer/Shopper calendar. Ordering POS material, managing stocks of POSm in warehouse. Delivering POSm from warehouse to sales forceInnovation launch plans: Responsibility of launching innovations as per business case (listing).Promotion plan management: Full responsibility of setting promo plans according to strategy; Tracking, updating and managing promotion calendar of key traffic builders.Business review: Delivering quarterly Customer/Channel business reviews with analysis & next steps.Investments: Plan annual investments behind priorities with aim to grow category. Management of investments in internal system.Forecast/ Stock/ Demand: Full responsibility of Operations between CBD, OPSO & Supply Chain for all promotion volumes (controlling function).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in brand or/and trade marketing (FMCG)Understands how FMCG business worksAccountability, ownership, organizational sense & sense for driving effectivnessGood ability to present/speak to various stakeholders with different seniorityWillingness to learn, develop and invest timeKnowledge of Czech FMCG/Retail market including EcommerceAdvanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skillsNative Czech/SlovakActive English B2+Ability and willingness to work from the office regularlyActive driving licence BPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
