Lenovo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Fulfillment team in Budapest, Hungary. This is a full-time position focused on Tier 1 customer operations, requiring close collaboration across global teams and direct customer interaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. International collaboration and occasional travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with customer SLAs. Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 customers, managing expectations and resolving issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address critical orders and open issues. Monitor and manage customer forecasts, ensuring alignment with supply chain capabilities. Handle special customer requirements and tailor fulfillment processes accordingly. Review daily backlog to identify and mitigate potential risks impacting customer satisfaction. Support innovation initiatives aimed at improving fulfillment efficiency and decision-making. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to worldwide teams on fulfillment performance and improvement strategies.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer fulfillment, supply chain, or related operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Hands-on experience with SAP S4, IPS, and BSR systems. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of ownership, leadership, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
