The Opportunity

This dual-role combines responsibilities as a Government Programs (GP) and Contract Strategy Implementation (CSI) analyst, focusing on process optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency. It involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic projects, and executing contract operations to ensure patient access to life-saving medicines.

Responsibilities

As Government Programs Analyst, you will focus on government programs management primarily FMV, compliance, and strategic initiatives:

Perform vendor analyses, price transparency reporting, and maintain compliance documentation (e.g., SOPs, job aids).

Provide actionable insights, training, and recommendations to optimize systems, tools, and processes (e.g., FMV Navigator).

Support workflow administration, digital innovation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

As a CSI Analyst, you will manage end-to-end contract operations for providers, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Translate contract terms into operational solutions, manage customer eligibility, payments, and inquiries, and ensure accurate system setups and reporting.

Communicate contract details, deliver training on processes and systems, and support digital tool creation for customers.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree required.

2+ years professional experience in commercial functions (e.g., operations)

Industry-specific experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, managed care, or government programs.

Knowledge of US government drug pricing programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, 340B).

Familiarity with revenue management systems and digital innovation initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Project management certification or experience leading strategic initiatives.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Preferred

Knowledge of CRM solutions, revenue management systems, and data analysis tools (preferred)
