Are you a dedicated System Administrator with a passion for cybersecurity and a knack for configuring, testing, and maintaining secure systems? We have an incredible opportunity for you to make a significant impact by supporting Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) solutions designed to protect government customers' classified data and networks.
Responsibilities:
Configuration & Maintenance: Work both independently and as part of a dynamic remote team to configure network, software, and hardware security appliances, networking components, and applications to meet NSA, NIAP, and Customer ATO requirements.
Onsite Training: Provide hands-on training to both technical and non-technical users on the daily use, management, and troubleshooting of CSfC solutions post-installation.
Collaboration: Partner with other operations departments to support CSfC architecture and ensure seamless integration.
Escalation Point: Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Systems Integration: Perform systems integration of CSfC solutions into customer environments, ensuring compliance with NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DHS requirements.
Vendor Configuration: Configure firewalls, Intrusion Prevention/Detection systems, VPN gateways, and wireless controllers from top vendors like Aruba, Cisco, SonicWALL, and ForcePoint.
Documentation: Create detailed configuration, test procedure, results, and training materials. Prepare comprehensive test reports and configuration documentation according to customer standards.
On-Site Support: Deliver on-site training, installation, and integration of solutions for customers.
Technical Expertise: Provide invaluable technical insights to sales engineering teams during complex network developments.
Qualifications:
Required:
Clearance: An active DoD Top Secret.
Certifications: Possess certifications to support DoDD 8140.
Documentation Skills: Ability to develop clear and concise technical documentation.
Team Player: Thrive in both team environments and independent work settings.
Desired:
Prior experience with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) programs, solutions, and architectures is highly preferred.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
