Responsibilities:
Configuration & Maintenance: Set up, test, and maintain network, software, and hardware security components to meet NSA, NIAP, and Customer ATO requirements.
Training & Support: Deliver onsite training to users on solution usage, management, and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary escalation contact for customer issues.
Systems Integration: Seamlessly integrate CSfC solutions into customer environments, ensuring compliance with NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DHS standards.
Documentation: Create detailed configuration, test procedures, results, and training materials. Prepare comprehensive test reports and configuration documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with other operations departments to support CSfC architecture and provide technical expertise to sales engineering teams.
Installation: Perform onsite solution installation and integration for customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
Clearance: Ideal candidate will possess and maintain a Q Clearance or the equivalent DoD Top Secret.
Certifications: Possess certifications to support DoDD 8140.
Documentation Skills: Ability to develop clear and concise technical documentation.
Team Player: Thrive in both team-oriented and independent work environments.
Desired:
Prior experience with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) programs, solutions, and architectures.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
