CSCM Specialist for Samsung Account
Job Mission

We, CSCM(Customer Supply Chain), are deliver the highest service to customer on Service Material to enhance level of customer chip production.  CSCM is covering inbound, outbound and reverse logistics from/to customer with highest quality and cost.

This job is essential and critical path to meet ASML’s business and operation.  Lead customer satisfaction by delivering overall supply chain activities and Planning action on service part and tool from the Netherlands headquarter to dedicated warehouse.

Role and responsibilities

1. Execute demand and supply fulfillment for Samsung service contract 
• Ensure safety stock level based on ASML stocking strategy and customer contract are maintained and replenished properly.
• Monitor demand signal and provide insight to enrich supply planning
• Validate inventory level compared to actual usage and improve material availability through collaboration with various stakeholders (Strategy & Planning, Quality, CS)
• Coordinate critical part & tool demand based on machine criticality and escalate supply issue to Central
• Ensure shipment status reporting and exceptions management, and timely resolution of shipment issues to meet on-time demand fulfilment
• Keep and improve quality of supply chain service from inbound, outbound and resolve disturbance issue in timely manner (3PLUS)
• Consistently monitor and evaluate order fulfilment performance to maintain stable quality of order management

2. Communication & Process improvement
• Steer communication with stakeholders for service performances on a day-to-day basis and manage relationship with both internal and external customers. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally (CS/Global Operation Center/Central) for continuous improvements within supply chain to enhance material E2E process efficiently and streamline via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C, 5S)

3. Cost Management
• Analysis data to influence co-owned KPI and have clearly ownership on KPI with stakeholders
• Identify cost improvement opportunities from routine operation and enrich ideas.

Education and experience

• 6 - 8 years in supply chain field is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP experience is preferred.

• Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry.

·  Good IT software proficiency (MS office, SAP etc.)

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
