Job Summary:

As a CSC Order Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Order Execution Team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and managing orders for non-engineered projects.  You will review customer orders and purchases, coordinate order status, and ensure accurate and timely order entry.  This role requires a technical mindset and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.

In this role, you will:

Review customer orders and purchases. Coordinate order status – placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statuses. Adjust prices based on established guidelines. Send orders to manufacturing based on standard practices.  Handle Order Processing and Order Management of Non-Engineered projects. Interact with customers and sales representatives. Work with customer on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, & customer claims. Utilize or develop knowledge of product and price book. Interact and coordinate with internal resources on projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders.
