CSA Lead – On?Site Role on Exciting data Centre project!
 
A CSA Lead is required to support a large?scale technical construction project. The role will oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on site and ensure coordination, quality, and compliance throughout project execution. The location is in Päijät-Häme, Finland.
 
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all CSA activities on site. Manage subcontractors and monitor progress against schedule. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Resolve technical issues related to civil, structural, and architectural elements. Conduct inspections and report on installation progress. Interface with project management and other discipline leads.  
Requirements: Experience working as a CSA Lead, CSA Manager, or equivalent role. Strong background in civil, structural, or architectural works on large?scale projects. Understanding of safety and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and oversee on?site execution. Ability to work full?time on site for the contract duration.
