You will be providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions during the pre‑ITO process while working closely with the commercial team. Your work includes analyzing client needs, defining and optimizing products, calculating plant and system performance, and documenting technical specifications and costing elements for later contract phases. You will also contribute to OTR activities by customizing and implementing products for specific customer requirements

As a CSA - Customer Application Engineer , you will be responsible for:

Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the pre‑ITO processConducting technical analysis of client needs, including product definition and optimizationDefining scope, schedule, industrial scheme and cost in alignment with policies and proceduresCalculating plant, system and equipment performance and efficiencyDocumenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract executionCustomizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTRResolving problems using acquired expertise and precedentWorking with business unit colleagues under guided contactsSpecifying and planning activities and explaining technical issuesCommunicating with direct team and supervisorPresenting metrics, project status and research to internal teams

To be successful in this role

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong problem‑solving skills
