The Central Service/Sterile Processing Department (CS/SPD) plays a key role in how our operating rooms care for our patients as a whole team relies on these caregivers to successfully set up the operating room. As a CS/SPD Services Assistant, you will be responsible for testing equipment, running diagnostics, pulling case carts, putting away surgical supplies and providing dispatch services. **A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm. No weekends or holidays.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Run daily diagnostic reports and conduct equipment tests. + Retrieve pull sheets and follow step-by-step instructions when pulling and recording case carts. + Sock and rotate supplies and equipment. + Deliver, retrieve and return case carts and other supplies to designated areas.
