MAIN TASKS

Support Scheme Manager/LTM to monitor BAP, ASC Farm/Feed certification process Reviewing reports in compliance to CER-MS and procedures, Accreditation bodies’ requirements Communicate to relevant parties internal and external for approval of the audit reports To review BAP, ASC Farm/Feed reports in compliance with requirements and specific requirements of Accreditations Body before submitting to Product manager, LTM or ICCs for approval. To complete the CR (proposal) of ASC Farm/Feed before submitting Scheme manager for approval. Management-registration and review of records in BAP and ASC Portal including preparation and issue of certificates, attention to calls, customer inquiries and auditors, preparation of certification committee, Updating the database. To support Auditors and Operation if any query before or during the audit to meet with technical protocol. Complete all Technical assignment from Product manager and LTM on time. To perform initial checking for all ASC documents / records in compliance with ASC Requirement when having the updating. Update and guide auditor as well as schedulers about certification process for in-charge standard BAP, ASC Farm/Feed Set up internal training for auditor, BD and back office. Ensure auditors’ competence are maintained as requirements of standard and procedures. Assist in legal matters and documentation Being back-up for Assistants at their absence

REQUIREMENTS

Has suitable work experience in the technical aspects of the required field, complemented by training in audit techniques. Has the capability to identify and contribute to initiatives on continuous improvement. Has demonstrated strong abilities in managing subordinates or client liaison. Negotiation / presentation Problem solving, decision making Good communication Customer services Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
