CS DUV Cost Engineering Expert is responsible for supporting CS DUV field to achieve their service cost target, is the representative of regional CS to manage Install Base service business and develop new service product proposals. You will work closely with various stakeholders including CS field teams, Service Business Management, Business Line and finance department in local and central.

Job DescriptionService Product - Portfolio management & DevelopmentProposal to develop new Service Business product / Service value creation (Value Up & FSE)Long-term service product strategy’s creationManage CS service product portfolio from the cost perspective to be aware of the issues and propose improvementsInstall Base service business representation of CS Review contract / SLA proposal from margin management view with operational historyFeasibility check of CS capability to execute: validate rationale for TAP approval.Deliver the regional CS operational voice to BL together regional SBMCost ManagementMake the service product cost roadmap, analysis and drive for improvement per site levelDrive cost reduction program for all service products (maintenance, Upgrade, Install/Relocation)Determine bottom-x cost area and coordinate Cost Reduction program channel with local owner to improve weak pointsSupport to manage standard site P&L process and contentsExecute cost calculation in service product and reflect plan/margin calculationBenchmarking among customers and sites for site2site BKMEducation and experienceBachelor or higher degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related fields.Over 9 years of experience in related field or over 5 years in ASML CS Field engineering including P-Tech & NPI & APPS & YS/HMI & CS Ops SupportExperience in Data analysis, business intelligence, planning with proven ability to interpret, analyze data and present to various audiences.Experience developing metrics, graphs, and charts to present information in digestible formatsExperience in Change Management, Cost estimating, Cost control: preferably in industrial, manufacturing, customer service, and/or high-tech industries >SkillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as advanced ExcelAbility to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organizationDetail oriented with exceptional organizational skills to produce work that meets high quality standards.Demonstrated problem solving ability in cross-functional environmentOpen-minded, collaborative, and team oriented attitudeComprehensive understanding of service means and methods in the mechanical, and electrical disciplinesComprehensive understanding of cost estimating process and procedures for high cost serviceFluent communication in EnglishStrong work ethic and team workBusiness partnership across sectors and levelsDriving force with engagement of stakeholders>Other informationWorking location : ASML Dongtan office
