Your tasks and responsibilities:Efficient planning and dispatch of service engineers based on service task requirements.Coordinate spare part delivery and synchronization with engineers according to customer requirements to minimize the on site waiting time for engineers.Optimize resource dispatching to reduce spare part/tool’s transportation costs, saving engineers’ travel time, and balance the utilization rate of engineers.
- Handle Dispatch RequestsReceive dispatch requestsIdentify Suitable Field Staff by optimizing: qualification, availability, location, overtimeResolve resource conflicts by re-planning of activities within defined scopeManage escalations in case of unavailability of field staff according to defined processMake appointment with end customer
- Spare Part and Tool HandlingManage order and delivery of spare parts as required by service need.Coordinate spare part delivery and synchronization with CSE - optimize planningManage the escalate mismatch between spare part order and actual item and tool issues with OPC or TSCManage tools and do the tools tracing
- Reschedule service delivery for field staffEnsure Estimated Time of Arrival is met: replan changes and inform customerControl field staff on site time: replan changes where necessaryMonitor spare part delivery status: replan chagnes where necessaryInform customer about changes to plan
- Scheduling of Planned ServiceSchedule planned service including preventive maintenance, update, installation... to ensure these service tasks can be performed in time. 
- Support the assigned field service teamSupport the region and TSC in labor/tool resource planning activitiesSupport the assigned field team with internal enquiries

- System operation for data MaintenanceMaintain dispatch information in the SAP, Smart Dispatch Platform and DMS system, and ensure the closure of dispatch-related tasks in SAP.Maintain spare part and tool information in the LPM and tool management system.


Your qualifications and experience:Minimum 3-year work experiences in the field of customer service. Clear logic, quick learner and resourceful self-starter, high responsibility. Able to work under high pressure and  handle multiple tasks. Bachelor or above.
